Common questions

Where is my town saved?
On your device only. The game also keeps a backup of your last good save and restores it if the main save is ever damaged.

Can I move my town to a new phone?
Not yet. A device backup (iCloud or Finder) that includes app data brings it along.

How do I start over?
Open the ⚙️ menu, choose reset, and confirm "Yes, erase my town". This can't be undone.

The game has no sound.
Check the silent switch on your iPhone, then the sound and music toggles in the ⚙️ menu.
